Weekday appointments - £65.00 per session
Smoking cessation - one off session £130.00

Usually just one session is required for Smoking Cessation.


Yoga Class Price List (subject to change)

Monday evening - £8.50 - £9.00 per class
Tuesday afternoon - £8.50 - £9.00 per class
Thursday morning - £8.50 - £9.00 per class

Stress Management & Relaxation therapy - £60.00

A one hour session to learn new ways of managing stress and to rediscover the art of deep relaxation & good breathing technique and how to combat the negative effects of stress and tension by experiencing deep relaxation.
You will feel rested & revitalised both physically & mentally, promoting a stronger immune system and less likely to fall victim to ill heath.
Sleep patterns may be restored with regular practice.
When you can relax easily you may find that your concentration and powers of recall are improved.

Hot & Cold Stone Massage - Priced from £35.00 to £75.00

How To Pay

Hypnotherapy (excluding Smoking Cessation) appointments - Payment is required one session in advance - Prior to, or at the first appointment you will be required to pay in advance for both the first and the following session. Fees paid are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

Unless there are extenuating circumstances, fees are to be paid one session in advance.

You can pay in one of the following ways :


Credit/debit cards are not accepted for any treatment or location.

Cancellation Policy : A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

The full fee will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.

In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for you to have written permission from your General Practitioner or Consultant prior to the commencement of treatment.

In keeping with the ethics of the profession, every effort will be made to offer treatment at a reduced rate if official written evidence of financial difficulty is provided prior to the appointment.
