I am an experienced, qualified and caring professional, offering you a unique blend of clinical hypnotherapy, stress management, integrated eye movement & EMDR and Meridian therapies (including EFT & TFT). I have over 30 years’ worth of experience working in holistic health and well-being.

At Anne Widdup Hypnotherapy, I utilise a wide range of techniques in my practice, including NLP, EFT plus specialist trauma release techniques. Every therapy session is designed to provide the very best possible outcome for the individual client.

I am committed to providing compassionate and confidential assistance to enable you to make the desired changes in your life, in order for you to achieve realistic goals with lasting results. I am a registered supervisor and offer one-to-one supervision to other therapists. I offer supervision at both differential and peer levels.

I also help the fantastic team at Mawsley Dental Practice, where I help nervous patients to undergo dental treatments with confidence.
